COMPORTAMENTO ALIMENTAR DE UNIVERSITÁRIOS DO VALE DO ARAGUAIA

O presente artigo teve como objetivo central averiguar o descontrole alimentar em universitários do Centro Universitário Vale Araguaia – UNIVAR que passam por mudanças de humor diariamente consequência estresse dentro campus devido a inúmeros fatores, conseguir excelentes notas nas diversas avaliações, contribuem para um alto grau ansiedade reflete no e/ou compulsão alimentar. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, bem campo onde aplicado questionário quantitativo TFEQ-R21 analisa os hábitos alimentares dos estudantes revela da universidade existe grande parcela alunos com IMC adequado, mas momentos consomem alimentos mais calóricos, também é possível notar parte possuem Ao final pesquisa, conclui-se têm maior facilidade desenvolver transtornos emocionais estão relacionados alimentação.
